 Verificata A very clean and comfortable apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants very close by and easy to walk to all attractions in Bologna. Communication was excellent throughout and the host Arianna was very friendly and helpful. Check in/ out were very straightforward. WiFi would be useful but the apartment otherwise has everything you need including great aircon!

 Verificata Traveled as three young adults. Small, cozy apartment on the first floor, located on a quiet street just 15 minutes on foot from Piazza Maggiore (city centre) and 30 minutes, less if you use public transport, from Bologna Centrale train station. One comfortable double bed and one not so comfortable sofa-bed (the mattress was old and hard). Amenities could be better, given that the only thing in the house were 3 rolls of toilet paper and some hand soap. The apartment was clean and for the most part revovated, even though some drawers smelled funny. The Realkasa employee responsible for our apartment was friendly, helpful, spoke good English and kept contact with me in case I had any questions (Thank you Luigi!). Would overall recommend if you are looking for a small place to sleep and rest for a fair price.

 Verificata Perfect apartment where to spend a longer period of time. In a incredible part of the city, walking distance from most attraction in the city centre but not as busy or noisy as other areas of the city. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you may need. Would definitely come back!Only things to notice:- there is no lift (wasn’t an issue for me but worth mentioning)- Wi-Fi is shared (upon agreement) with the neighbour so sometimes it’s not the fastest (again not an issue for me but to be considered if you are remote working)

 Verificata Great situation to visit Bologna, flat situated in historic center. Confortable bed and space for 2 people. Unfortunately no essential equipment in the kitchen, broken and dirty pan.... washbassin blocked in bathroom and bathromm not really clean. Communication rather difficult with agency, even Luigi was very friendly and reactif ( he had provided us immediatly 2 pans) but we were contacting agency for check in and check out several times without answer.

Descubre Bolonia

Bolonia, a menudo llamada La Dotta, La Grassa, La Rossa (La Docta, La Gorda, La Roja), es una ciudad que combina a la perfección historia, cultura y gastronomía.

Dos Torres

Las Dos Torres (Le Due Torri) son los símbolos más emblemáticos de Bolonia y son un testimonio del pasado medieval de la ciudad.

Construidas en el siglo XII, la Torre Asinelli (97 metros) y la Torre Garisenda (48 metros) alguna vez formaron parte de una red mucho más grande de torres que definían el horizonte de Bolonia.

Se puede subir a la Torre Asinelli, la más alta de las dos, para disfrutar de una impresionante vista panorámica de la ciudad.

La Torre Garisenda, conocida por su pronunciada inclinación, fue incluso mencionada por Dante en La Divina Comedia. Estas estructuras históricas siguen siendo una atracción de visita obligada y representan el rico patrimonio arquitectónico y cultural de Bolonia.

Comida de Bolonia

Bolonia es un verdadero paraíso para los amantes de la comida, ganándose el sobrenombre de La Grassa (La Gorda) por su rica tradición culinaria.

La ciudad es la cuna de los tagliatelle al ragù, la versión original de lo que el mundo conoce como salsa boloñesa.

Otro plato icónico son los tortellini, pequeñas pastas rellenas de carne y tradicionalmente servidas en caldo. Bolonia también es famosa por la mortadela, una salchicha de cerdo finamente molida que ha inspirado muchas imitaciones en todo el mundo.

Desde pasta fresca hecha a mano hasta sabrosas carnes curadas y Parmigiano Reggiano añejo, la cocina de Bolonia es un delicioso viaje a través de auténticos sabores italianos.
