 Verificata A very clean and comfortable apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants very close by and easy to walk to all attractions in Bologna. Communication was excellent throughout and the host Arianna was very friendly and helpful. Check in/ out were very straightforward. WiFi would be useful but the apartment otherwise has everything you need including great aircon!

 Verificata Traveled as three young adults. Small, cozy apartment on the first floor, located on a quiet street just 15 minutes on foot from Piazza Maggiore (city centre) and 30 minutes, less if you use public transport, from Bologna Centrale train station. One comfortable double bed and one not so comfortable sofa-bed (the mattress was old and hard). Amenities could be better, given that the only thing in the house were 3 rolls of toilet paper and some hand soap. The apartment was clean and for the most part revovated, even though some drawers smelled funny. The Realkasa employee responsible for our apartment was friendly, helpful, spoke good English and kept contact with me in case I had any questions (Thank you Luigi!). Would overall recommend if you are looking for a small place to sleep and rest for a fair price.

 Verificata Perfect apartment where to spend a longer period of time. In a incredible part of the city, walking distance from most attraction in the city centre but not as busy or noisy as other areas of the city. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you may need. Would definitely come back!Only things to notice:- there is no lift (wasn’t an issue for me but worth mentioning)- Wi-Fi is shared (upon agreement) with the neighbour so sometimes it’s not the fastest (again not an issue for me but to be considered if you are remote working)

 Verificata Great situation to visit Bologna, flat situated in historic center. Confortable bed and space for 2 people. Unfortunately no essential equipment in the kitchen, broken and dirty pan.... washbassin blocked in bathroom and bathromm not really clean. Communication rather difficult with agency, even Luigi was very friendly and reactif ( he had provided us immediatly 2 pans) but we were contacting agency for check in and check out several times without answer.

Découvrez Bologne

Bologne, souvent appelée La Dotta, La Grassa, La Rossa (La Savante, La Grosse, La Rouge), est une ville qui mélange parfaitement histoire, culture et gastronomie.

Deux tours

Les Deux Tours (Le Due Torri) sont les symboles les plus emblématiques de Bologne et témoignent du passé médiéval de la ville.

Construites au XIIe siècle, la tour Asinelli (97 mètres) et la tour Garisenda (48 mètres) faisaient autrefois partie d’un réseau beaucoup plus vaste de tours qui définissaient l’horizon de Bologne.

La tour Asinelli, la plus haute des deux, peut être escaladée pour une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la ville.

La tour Garisenda, connue pour son inclinaison prononcée, a même été mentionnée par Dante dans La Divine Comédie. Ces structures historiques restent une attraction incontournable, incarnant le riche patrimoine architectural et culturel de Bologne.

La nourriture de Bologne

Bologne est un véritable paradis pour les gourmands, ce qui lui vaut son surnom de La Grassa (La Graisse) en raison de sa riche tradition culinaire.

La ville est le berceau des tagliatelles al ragù, la version originale de ce que le monde appelle la sauce bolognaise.

Un autre plat emblématique est les tortellini, petites pâtes fourrées à la viande et traditionnellement servies dans un bouillon. Bologne est également célèbre pour la mortadelle, une saucisse de porc finement hachée qui a inspiré de nombreuses imitations dans le monde entier.

Des pâtes fraîches faites à la main aux charcuteries savoureuses en passant par le Parmigiano Reggiano vieilli, la cuisine de Bologne est un délicieux voyage à travers les saveurs italiennes authentiques.
